<div class="container-3Gm1a"><p><span style="">The Commercial Contracts role within the Sales Organization is responsible delivering effective, high quality commercial contracts with customers for Ford Energy.  </span></p><p><span style=""> You will coordinate activities across onsite cross-functional Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure disciplined execution of large-scale projects —including schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.</span><br> </p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various commercial agreements.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are adhered to, minimizing risks and fostering beneficial relationships with all involved parties.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Collaborate with internal departments, including Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management, to ensure contract terms meet business requirements and objectives.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Conduct meticulous review of legal and financial documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, legal frameworks, and industry regulations.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Identify, assess, and mitigate potential contractual risks, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Monitor contract performance, key deadlines, and obligations, implementing amendments, extensions, or renewals as necessary.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract correspondence, documentation, and data.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract-related matters and best practices.  </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:">Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and templates. </span></li></ul><p><span style="">Qualification: </span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.</span></li><li><span style="">8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, or a related commercial role.</span></li><li><span style="">Familiarity with BESS business models and contracts;
