<p>Description</p><p>At Golden Reserve, we are disrupting the financial industry with retirement services that are right for Ohio retirees. We have over 20 offices across 3 states and growing.  We generate leads through our Expedition Retirement TV and Radio shows, TV ads and other digital marketing channels. The primary responsibility of the Part Time (weekends) Client Relations Associate is to answer calls that are generated from our TV and Radio shows and schedule appointments for the callers and our Retirement Planners.<br></p><p><strong>Title: Client Relations Associate</strong><br></p><p>The position requires primarily the ability to sound friendly and be personable on the phone helping callers feel comfortable and positive about their first interacting with Golden Reserve. All conversations are scripted so adherence to the script is the most important part of being successful in this role.   </p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>Schedule:</strong></em>  This role is part-time. Shifts are <em>Saturday (8:00AM—2:00pm, 3:00pm-8:00pm, 5:00pm-7:00pm) and Sunday (7:30am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-7:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm) Minimum expectation is 4 shifts per month. </em> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>$20.00 Hourly Rate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Get comfortable enough with the call scripts that you sound natural while reading them to callers.</p><p>· Take inbound calls through our phone system and follow script to schedule appointments.</p><p>· Make a friendly, warm and professional first impression for the Golden Reserve brand.</p><p>· Input all contact information correctly in our systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Remote (work from home)</p><p>· Must be able to reliably commute to Dublin, Ohio for training as needed</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>5+ Years of Work Experience</p><p>Phone sales/support not required. </p>
