<strong>Description<br><br></strong>The Amazon Fuse team is responsible for growing partnerships and securing distribution opportunities for Amazon subscription services like Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, etc. To do this, our team partners with Mobile Operators, Internet Service Providers, MVPDs, OEMs, financial institutions, amongst other new verticals. We are seeking a talented business development professional in Latin America who will help us find, negotiate, sign and launch promotional partnerships.<br><br>This professional will work with our internal teams to develop a region wide strategy, execute and launch agreements with third partners across Latin America. Drawing on both BD and Account Management skillsets, responsibilities of the role would include securing new and optimizing existing strategic partnerships with major telcos and MVPDs across LatAm as well as piloting innovative deals in new verticals. The ideal candidate is a high energy business executive with deep experience in the digital space, content promotions and distribution, as well as a proven record of developing promotional partnerships in the region.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><ul><li>Serve as primary point of contact for Amazon Fuse promo deals in Latin America. 
</li><li>Develop a strategy for the channel, sign and launch key partners who will leverage Amazon subscription services in their customer promos.</li><li>Oversee successful implementation and optimization of strategic projects region wide. 
</li><li>Work with other Fuse teams like growth marketing, product, ops, finance - aligning on priorities and delivering on time.</li><li>Report on plans and results to senior management and coordinate closely with various internal stakeholders.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholder businesses to agree and execute a strategy for country specific business development opportunities for Telecom, Media distribution companies and other segments.</li><li>Own existing strategic partner accounts; fostering senior partner exec relationships, leading regular QBRs, driving deal optimizations and re-negotiations, always cognizant of the interplay with other Amazon departments.</li><li>Lead all partner activity to source and negotiate complex partnership agreements, from first contact through to signed contracts in agreed geographies and segments.</li><li>Lead all internal approvals and due diligence including document writing to ensure deals meet the needs of all stakeholders and are approved by the business.</li><li>Coordinate with peripheral Amazon business development teams to leverage established relationships, present a unified vision to our partners in EU and close partnerships that add significant value to the business.<br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 6+ years of professional or military experience</li><li> 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience</li><li> Bachelor's degree</li><li> Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level</li><li> Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules</li><li> Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders</li><li> Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations</li><li> Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements</li><li> Strong bias for action, ownership, and ability to work independently towards stated goals, with minimal oversight<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> MBA</li><li> Demonstrated experience working with digital subscription services, streaming and/or ecommerce.<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
