Summary

Eddy’s Toyota is looking for an Experienced Bank Reconciliations Clerk. The Automotive Bank Reconciliations Clerk performs a variety of general accounting, account reconciliations, detailed postings, and clerical support tasks in the accounting department, while learning the specialized duties of the accounting staff in a dealership. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Reconciles the statement and ledger and ensures payments are consistent with set schedules
  • Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management
  • Maintains updated files for accounts
  • Performs other duties as assigned1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is a must
  • Experience with Dealer Track is a plus

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Stronger computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced with business applications and accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong data and entry management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation and Scheduling

  • $16-$18 an hour, depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8 a.m. -5 p.m.
