Job description: Description & RequirementsMaximus is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to support the execution of digital media campaigns focused on attracting top talent. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure paid media efforts are effectively planned, optimized, and aligned with recruitment marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in talent acquisition. - Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.
- Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target.
- Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA.
- Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.-Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting-Ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment-Home Office Requirements:This position is fully remote and will require a home office.-Reliable high-speed internet service-Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity-Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds-The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.Minimum Requirements1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships-Strong multi-tasking skills
