<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p></p><p><span><b>The Role</b></span></p><p>As a member of the Fidelity Digital Assets Tax team, you will play a key role in information tax reporting for Fidelity and its customers. The team will be building procedures for the tax process and following those procedures to complete all our tax information reporting needs. This role will be primarily responsible for making basis updates to clients accounts, testing and validating tax reporting, and supporting the project managers build accurate and complete tax information reporting for Fidelity Digital Assets®. Active partnership in the continued improvement and expansion of the team’s processes will also be central to the role.</p><p></p><p><span><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></span></p><ul><li>0-3 years of experience in Tax, with experience in brokerage / capital markets a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Fidelity’s businesses and information reporting rules</li><li>Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
