Role: Amazon Marketing Manager(s)
Location: San Diego, On-Site
Salary: $90,000 – $140,000

We are seeking multiple experienced Amazon Account Managers to support growing eCommerce brands! This role involves overseeing dynamic product portfolios, driving brand growth through strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships across Amazon and other digital platforms.

Role Overview: Amazon Brand Managers will manage eCommerce client portfolios. You will be responsible for conducting audits, developing growth strategies, guiding advertising efforts, tracking project milestones, and providing subject matter expertise in one key functional area. This role blends analytical thinking, strategic planning, and client-facing interaction to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client accounts throughout the digital lifecycle, from resource planning to project execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Conduct audits to uncover growth opportunities and deliver strategic insights that align with client goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and product growth strategies, primarily for Amazon storefronts and product catalogs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing requests and providing solution-focused support.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and meet brand objectives within expected timeframes.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to clients using professional presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides).
  • Define success metrics and track KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and brand growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in one key area (e.g., catalog optimization, ad strategy, data analysis), supporting peers with best practices and documentation.
  • Meet or exceed established performance standards and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management with a focus on Amazon account strategy (agency or consulting background a plus).
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, advertising, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred) for catalog and data management.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage initiatives involving significant business impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong client presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
