Are you ready to be challenged and join the best customer account team on the planet? This is a commissioned sales position in a highly visible organization within Intel and Alphabet/Google. You will work on Intel's CCG Chrome related newest technical challenges/innovations, implementations, and design wins. If this sounds interesting, this may be the job for you.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic conversations, identifying and developing new product opportunities within Google Chrome and drive provide the optimum solution during the customer's product design and development phase.
  • The candidate will provide engineering support to Chrome engineering teams, will remove technical roadblocks to the customer, looking for adoption of Intel products, and help approve IA designs in Google RFP to OEMs
  • The FAE will work with multiple internal teams (FSE, factory platform marketing and engineering) to assist Google during the product planning and development phases. FAE will also manage relationships between Intel and Google and communicate strategies to the appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.


Additional responsibilities:

  • Present future Intel roadmap to Google to help customer define future product and portfolio.
  • Discuss technologies and find intercepts across Google Chrome and Intel roadmaps for specific innovations.
  • Lead technical support across Intel to ensure smooth TTM execution with latest gen Intel platform.
  • Foster world class senior level customer relationship, to best influence customer on key decisions.
  • Proactively and reactively manage customer escalations, anticipate before escalations come, guide internal management team to respond accordingly.
  • Continuously look for opportunity to improve product, portfolio, engineering execution, etc. together with Google. Drive the voice of the customer to internal organizations, to help internal decision making and process enhancement.

As a successful candidate you must:

  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence customers at multiple levels.
  • Build strong, influential technical relationships with the customer (via face-to-face and remote interaction) to secure commitment for Intel Architecture designs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects (i.e., requirements management, project planning, statement of work creation, risk management, engineering program updates).
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills are needed in order to prioritize tasks in an interrupt-driven environment.
  • Communicate the value proposition for future CPU and platform families, within the context of Intel's client platform vision.
  • Drive customer requirements back into Intel's roadmap and product planning processes.
  • Host collaborative discussions between Intel design teams and our customer. Coordinate goals, objectives and specific action plans.
  • Analyze competitive data and use it to drive winning sales strategies.
  • Be open to a dynamic customer and a high-velocity work environment.

Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field

  • 3+ years of experience working with PC Client


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in STEM or related field
