Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems to achieve desired outputs. • Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI model responses, identifying areas for improvement in prompt effectiveness and model behavior. • Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, data scientists, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies. • Develop and maintain best practices, guidelines, and frameworks for prompt engineering across various applications. • Contribute to the development of internal tools and platforms that streamline prompt creation, testing, and deployment. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and prompt engineering techniques. • Educate and mentor cross-functional teams on the principles and applications of effective prompt engineering.
