Title Account Based Marketing Manager, North America Location Remote Position Summary We are seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager, North America to lead and own Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives aligned to revenue growth. This role is responsible for translating strategy into measurable pipeline impact and working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and relevant partners to drive results. This is a high-impact role within a global, performance-driven organization. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical rigor. Key Responsibilities ABM Strategy & Ownership • Own and execute the North America ABM strategy aligned to revenue and sales priorities. • Develop and manage ABM motions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts • Translate business objectives into clear, scalable ABM programs. Demand Generation & Campaign Leadership • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across • * Paid media • SEO / AEO / GEO • Email and marketing automation • Content and digital channels • Partner with agencies and vendors while retaining accountability for performance, ROI, and outcomes. • Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales plays, account plans, and regional priorities. Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment • Partner closely with Sales leadership, account teams, SDRs, and regional marketing. • Align on target accounts, messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up strategies. • Act as a strategic marketing partner focused on revenue impact, not just activity. Data, Analytics & Optimization • Own performance reporting and insights across engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI. • Use data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve efficiency. • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to drive improved outcomes. AI-Driven Marketing Enablement • Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, messaging, and campaign effectiveness. • Identify practical ways to incorporate AI into ABM execution and performance optimization.
